When you arrive, our team will greet you and help your child feel comfortable. We’ll start with a brief tour of the office so you and your little one can get familiar with the space and see that it’s a fun, welcoming environment just for kids.

As a new patient we will have new patient forms for you to fill out and gather your Childs health history. Depending on your Childs age, x-rays may be taken, and their teeth will be cleaned. You’ll meet Dr. Rich and he will complete an exam to asses development, evaluate for decay, and provide treatment recommendations. He will take time to answer any questions you might have.

We understand that the first visit can be a bit nerve-wracking for both you and your child, so we’re here to make sure it’s as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Our goal is to create a positive, fun experience that sets the foundation for a lifetime.
